I changed companies, took on increasingly challenging roles, and learned firsthand how ambition, compensation, visibility, politics, and opportunity shape a corporate career.

Then my life changed.

After having children, I began questioning whether the career model that had worked for me for years still fit the life I wanted to build.

The difficult part wasn't that I had a bad career. It was that I had a good one.

Reconsidering something you've spent nearly two decades building, along with the income, identity, credibility, and professional capital that come with it, is very different from simply escaping a job you hate.

Eventually, I realized that my own next chapter meant building something of my own. But going through that transition left me deeply interested in the question I now help other women answer:

Today, I combine my corporate and consulting background with professional coaching and Vedic astrology as a diagnostic lens to help high-achieving women navigate that question strategically.

Sometimes the answer is leaving. Sometimes it's changing roles, companies, priorities, or the way work fits into your life. And sometimes it's building something entirely new.

My role isn't to tell you which path to choose. It's to help you understand the decision you're actually making, see your options more clearly, and make your next move with intention.
