Why I Do This Work
After 17 years in consulting and corporate environments, I saw a pattern.
Many successful women reach a point where the old definition of success no longer fits, especially after having children.
Not because they've lost ambition.
But because priorities shift, identity evolves, and the systems that once rewarded their effort no longer align with the life they want to build.
What makes this stage so difficult is that the stakes are high.
At senior levels, career decisions are rarely just about work. They're about compensation, stability, family, identity, and the cost of getting it wrong.
That's why so many capable women stay stuck longer than they should.

I’ve lived inside these systems myself: the ambition, the pressure, the politics, the invisible expectations, and the reality that talent and hard work alone does not always create opportunity or get rewarded.
I've been through it all myself: I've changed roles, I've changed companies, and I finally realized that my way forward is building my own.
As a mother of two, I also understand the very real complexity of building a meaningful career while navigating the demands of family life.
